In order to provide the best service to our customers, all your purchases from Almutahad Men's Elegance Store are exchangeable and returnable within 3 days from the date they arrive to you, except for underwear. If the products arrive to us in a non-original condition or are damaged, the shipment will be directly returned to the same address of the customer, and the exchange or return process will be rejected. Return policy and conditions: The return policy includes all products from Almutahad Store except for underwear. If a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in a damaged condition, Almutahad Store bears all shipping costs for the return. If you wish to return for any other reason such as dislike of the product, size change, or other reasons, the store does not bear any shipping costs resulting from that, which include two costs: the cost of shipping the order from the store to the customer (determined based on the area) and the cost of returning the order from the customer to the store (which is 21 Riyals including tax). The customer is not entitled to a cash refund for products purchased with free shopping vouchers; instead, they will be compensated with other vouchers, and the customer has the right to only refund the amount paid in cash. If the customer received a free credit or a free shopping voucher, they are not entitled to convert the credit into cash. Almutahad Store will refund amounts as store credit in the customer’s account once the returned shipments arrive at the store, or will resend the amount to the customer’s account within at least a week after contacting the customer and clearly obtaining their information. To refund the amount in case of product return based on the customer’s wish, the products must arrive at the store’s location and the returned products must be verified for safety. If the customer purchased products via Visa or MasterCard or bank transfer, and wishes to recover the amount, the refund will be processed by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard used for the purchase or by bank transfer, within three working days, subject to the policy of the bank (or the electronic payment intermediary) providing the service. When the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, the store refunds the order value minus the shipping cost plus 21 Riyals for the return cost to the store. If the customer received free shipping and wishes to return the products, Almutahad Men's Elegance Store has the right to recalculate the free shipping cost. Exchange: The product is exchanged at Almutahad Store, and all costs are borne by the store only in these cases: receiving a different product from what was ordered by the customer or receiving a product with a manufacturing defect. If the customer wishes to exchange for another reason such as changing the product or size, the customer bears all shipping costs, which include two costs: the cost of shipping the order from the customer to the store (which is 21 Riyals including tax) and the cost of shipping the order from the store to the customer (determined based on the area).
